Adi is an experienced sport and leadership professional with a career spanning high-performance coaching, education, and workforce development. Originally from England, she has lived and worked in Germany and Hong Kong, and now calls Melbourne home.
Over 25 years in Hong Kong, Adi developed a deep appreciation for culturally diverse environments and a lasting connection to Asia. Immersed in the local and international hockey scene, she coached, played, and led with passion—gaining invaluable experience both on and off the field.
A lifelong lover of all sports, Adi believes deeply in their power to bring out the best in people. She has supported athletes, coaches, and organisations to grow through strategic leadership, inclusive environments, and a healthy dose of humour.
